This is where it really happens. The knowledge, the homework, the application, the feedback and ultimately…Mastery. And mastery equals…change and success. These courses are not for the faint of heart or uncommitted.
And they don’t exist like this anywhere else. This is what makes us the only true self-employment school. It’s a “whole life” approach for one reason, and one reason only: This is what it takes to succeed in successful self-employment.
Show me any successful self-employed person who truly loves and believes in what he or she is doing and is flourishing, and he or she can pass each course here in flying colors. Folks like them know this stuff. It might have taken them a decade or more, and some huge failures to learn, but they have.
We want you to know them in about 12 months. Hard work and trial will come, but the intent is to spare you the cataclysmic failure others (I) incurred.
These classes are in sequential order. You start at the beginning, and go one-by-one at your pace, with personal guidance. But no exceptions on jumping ahead.
Each Professor is a free agent with his or her own business where he or she leads in these respective areas of expertise:
1. CALLING – “The Glory of Your Life”
This 7-session course is led by Gary Barkalow (Gary Barkalow Bio). This course is foundational for life, work and successful free agency. It is a very faith-based course from an evangelical Christian stand point. While it will greatly benefit anyone, no matter their particular faith, it is most impacting in conjunction with the Christian faith.

2. YOU – “Discover My Best Focus”
This 4-session course is led by Deb Ingino Deb Ingino Bio) and takes the DISC and Strengthsfinder profiles to a whole new level. Knowing your strengths and weaknesses is one thing, understanding how you must expound on your strengths and shore up your weaknesses in order to achieve successful free agency is another thing.

3. IDEA – “Find Your Fit”
This 6-session course is led by Jonathan Pool (Jonathan Pool Bio) and is flat out monumental. The best process I’ve ever experienced for leading you to your best idea.

4. BRAND – “Core Branding Course”
This 4-session course is led by Jimi Gibson (Jimi Gibson Bio). This course is 90% deeper than anything you’ve ever experienced within the term of “Brand.” It is the entire personality and positioning of your business., the very essence that will determine every step forward in building your business.

5. ROADMAP – “Simple Strategic Plan”
This 4-session course is led by James Woosley (James Woosley Bio). If we can work it out on paper, we can work it out in real life. This course is about putting structure and next steps to your plan, and coming out at the end with more than just a business plan, but a core mission. The plan, is your security.

6. MARKETING – “Expose Yourself”
This 6-session course is led by Justin Lukasavige (Justin Lukasavige Bio). You must have a strategy and a campaign to gather, warm and close your target market. Every minute, every day.

7. ONLINE – “Foundation & Strategy”
This 4-session course is led by Andy Traub (Andy Traub Bio). Most people fall on their faces where the rubber hits the road…online where your business primarily exists.

COACHING
This is for those pursuing Coaching as their business. The aspects of a coaching business differ from a product or service in that you are intimately involved with your client, and you are in more ways selling yourself than anything else. It’s highly personal and a unique line of work. This course is led by Justin Lukasavige who went from airline pilot (employee) to full-time coach in record time. He knows what it takes to succeed in this business, and teaches it to you.

SALES
A fearful word for many, but not at the hands of Pierce Marrs, who helps you “sell within your comfort zone.” For you to succeed as a free agent, you must have a sales process for your business that fits you, your product or service and your target market. Second, you must address your personal image and personal relations. No matter what your product or service is, you’ll have sales “touch points” in your business. You’ll be in contact with your prospects initially through a chosen form of communication (probably more than one) such as email or podcasts or videos. Those are sales points. Then when you get a possible buyer, you’ll have to communicate with them via email or phone or even in person. Even if you should happen to have a product that sells like hotcakes online, your growth will rely on selling yourself to others who can promote you, maybe investors, partners or bankers. You can’t escape selling, but we can teach you to do it effectively.
