January 2012 ACCELERATOR Event

January 27-29, 2012 in Woodland Park, CO

Experience

JOIN US January 27-29, 2012…at 8,000′ up in the glories of the Rocky Mountains to hone in on the best idea for your free agent calling. As always, we’ll be at beautiful Camp Elim in Woodland Park, CO, location of Free Agent Academy HQ and just 15 gorgeous miles up the pass from Colorado Springs.  The event will catapult your progress. It will also be an immense joy. The experience of walks to the lake, excellent coffee, great meals together, sitting by the bonfire with a glass of wine and just being real, known and understood are often as impacting as the actual curriculum.

We bond at these events,

and those who attend truly become friends for the long haul.

Focus

Drastically accelerate your progress and significantly ignite your faith in successful free agency.

This is the primary, tangible take-away from the event, whether you are a brand new member or are already a full-time free agent. You’ll participate in group sessions, be placed in specific breakout groups that pertain to your personal status, and connect one-on-one with the professors you need most.

This event is for those:

1.    Seeking their Idea

2.    Developing their Idea

3.    Growing their Idea

It’s our responsibility, duty and obedience to discover and understand our talents, abilities and calling and fully pursue and walk them out. And in today’s society and world, I’ve experienced that the best vehicle for freely walking out our CALLING and fully using our talents is SELF-EMPLOYMENT…it’s the only way to disengage from the rat race so we may fully engage and spend the best of our hours and energy in what we were created for. It’s the best way to be a prisoner of the LORD and available to serve humanity, instead of being enslaved to an employer and the culture. So, we have the best and the brightest here to lead you, bent on helping you create a successful, sustainable and lucrative business that excels in today’s marketplace.

Do we serve up a “prosperity gospel”?

Yes, actually. Though it doesn’t have to lead to prosperity in the only way culture defines it…$CASH$!  Successful Free Agency is about a lifestyle of values, purpose and servitude. Prosperity comes in the form of control over your priorities, availability to relationships, abundance of time, balance of life, and then…finances. Self-employed people make up less than 20 percent of the workers in America but account for two-thirds of the millionaires. Why? Three bottom-line reasons:

  1. When you work at what you are good at AND truly care about, you do a better job and invest more of your effort and heart, therefore producing a superior product or service, which more people will pay for. Simple as that.
  2. When you are the boss, you work smarter and more efficiently and on priorities instead of bureaucracy, therefore generating more profit per activity.
  3. Every day of work builds an asset that you own instead of someone else. Being an employee is renting your work to an owner, building an asset they keep, not you.

To achieve these “prosperities” won’t be easy. Maintaining them may not be easy. But if basic “ease” is your main goal, it is best to just keep your day j-o-b.

Guides

These are your speakers, presenters, caretakers, hosts, guides, leaders, servants and the people devoted to helping you fully walk out your calling unto God. After every session, during every meal, at the beginning and ending of every day, they will be present and “holding court”, if you will, for your personal questions and feedback. These aren’t high paid entertainers that look pretty on a marque with lots of sizzle but no punch. They’re tried-and-true people who put their money where there mouths are and help you walk out what they espouse. They get real and get results, and they are who I lean on for wise counsel in my own business and life.

They are here to clarify and drastically excel these three things:

  1. MOTIVATE – Why are you doing this?
  2. INSPIRE – What will influence you to walk this out?
  3. EQUIP – To provide whatever is needed for the next 5-steps of your undertaking

Lodging

There is a reason this isn’t being held in a sterile hotel conference room in a big city airport hub. Camp Elim is a camp and lodge just seven miles outside of Woodland Park, CO…and sits at 8,000’ above sea level.  It’s pure mountain style…natural wood and fireplaces and rustic beauty. Crisp air and blue skies.  It will take your breath away and invigorate your spirit.

There is limited lodging at the camp (capacity is about 30 people) and historically, 99% of our attendees stay on site. It’s cozy, mountain rustic, cheaper than a hotel…and right with us so you can talk till late and walk with us early. Part of being a start-up free agent is making some luxury sacrifices. Thus, it’s not a four-star hotel. But it’s nice and cozy and very…Rocky Mountain style.

If you come with your spouse, you get a room to yourselves; otherwise, you’ll be sharing a room. If you are a light sleeper, bring a little fan for your room or grab some ear plugs. If you want a room to yourself, a seven-mile drive into Woodland Park will bring you to the Woodland Country Lodge which is a nice hotel with rooms at $89+ per night: Website http://www.woodlandcountrylodge.com.

If you plan to stay at Camp Elim, you will need to register for lodging when you register for the conference. Lodging will be provided Friday and Saturday nights only.  If you plan to arrive early or stay beyond the conference end, you would need to make separate accommodations.

Testimonials

The September Accelerator Event was fantastic. It was a great opportunity to meet in person with the professors, other FAA members, and to build friendships with both. I left inspired and with ideas I would have never considered. Thank you FAA.

——-

Is it hard? Yes. Will you have to think and dig deep into yourself? Absolutely. Will everyone rally around and support you? Definitely.  If you are up to it, it is the best way to find out who you are from people who have gone before. All the leaders have made mistakes, had successes, and are there to help you succeed in what you want to accomplish.
