“It takes a village to raise…a free agent.”  The military, sports, parenting…it’s all made up of TEAMS. Yet we generally pursue self-employment alone. Why? Because there is nowhere else to turn for help, and those we know and love usually view it with fear and trepidation. They’ll feel it’s their responsibility to warn you of the pitfalls.

Well, don’t turn to them. You don’t turn to a couch potato to help you get physically fit, eh? You turn to those succeeding where you want to succeed.

Free Agent Academy is made up of 10 lead guides and hundreds of members. The members are everywhere from the very beginning, to making millions. But we are ALL on the same journey.

The minute you join, you have access to the community and leaders. We have intimate discussions going on outside of the classes, on everything from faith to exercise to goals to reading to marriage.

It’s not your average community however. Nobody wins with patronizing slaps on the back. We are here to give straight feedback and counsel that helps us all succeed. We encourage each other with what one member defined as “Validated Encouragement”,  meaning, you’ll always get encouraged, even if along with it we say, “That ain’t gonna work like that, but maybe this way…”

Being a part of this school is being a part of the community. It’s a benefit and a requirement. It’s safe, secure and dramatically powerful. In reality, it value eclipses even…the next step…
