$ Pricing $
Posting a price is a relevant filter to know if you’re serious and willing to invest in yourself. But to be fair to you, I need to understand what you desire and tailor a package to fit your specific needs, circumstances and resources.

Please give me as much info as you will in the intake form at the bottom of this page. I’ll reply quickly, generally with some clarifying questions and possibly a request for a brief phone call together. Only after knowing who you are and what you want…can I offer a viable proposal for helping you.

As for price range, I liken my charges to quality shoes. Pay for excellent shoes and they’ll last many years and carry you for many miles. Cheap shoes fall apart in a matter of months, even quicker when pressured… I’m not the cheapest coach/consultant you’ll find in the arena of self-employment and small business. I’m also not the most expensive! I charge a fair price for extraordinary results.

Coaching and Consulting Packages
As with price, I don’t promote set packages. We’ll talk and discern together what is best for you. You may merely need one or two meetings to come together, get some key guidance, then take off with an executable plan of action or refined direction. Or you may want a longer term relationship. Again, we’ll discuss it together. I love long term relationships as a friend and peer (which we’ll become), but with coaching and consulting, I generally veer towards a short-term, intense triage.

1. ‘Self-Employment or Death’ Coaching

You feel pretty confident about an idea and need to refine it, put legs on it and get it launched! Most people with ideas tend to be fairly myopic in what the possibilities are for an idea. From my experience with hundreds of businesses, products and services, I can greatly expand on the viable marketplace opportunities for your idea, but also hone  in on the one that you are best positioned for. Not really sure if your idea is viable? We’ll prove it is, or save you a lot of heartache by finding out now that it is not. However, I’ve yet to experience an idea that had no possibilities, only ideas that needed a different vehicle to succeed other than what your current vision is. And honestly, I should catch in our initial consultation any idea I don’t see opportunity for.

I specialize in helping you ‘just make it happen’. I’m not militant and I’m not superman. But I’ve walked with over a thousand people in the pursuit of free agency, and I’ve gone through the worst and best of it myself. I can spot the possibilities for success and the weaknesses required to overcome. I get as much context on you as possible, we both do some specific research, and I prescribe what I believe would serve you best with the literal perspective of, “If I, Kevin, had to feed my family by selling you, your idea and business, this is what I’d do.” With that in mind, you can be fully assured of my investment in you and devotion to the end results.

 

2. Small Business Growth & Start-Up Consulting

Most small businesses and start-ups need to fully clarify the root of their core offering and how they are, or not, communicating it well to their target market. Read again…target market. We’re in an an age of attention overload and specialization. We have to say immediately, exactly what we offer, and specifically to whom. We must speak a certain language. If we don’t, nobody hears us. If we do, we’re heard! That’s where it starts. When we don’t nail it, we capture a prospect. Nurturing the prospect to a sale is far easier than the initial win of…a new prospect. Someone to come in the door. To subscribe to your email list. To listen to how you can benefit them. And to finally, buy. Or be so wowed they help you sell to a friend who needs specifically what YOU…offer.

I excel with those who have a business or something they’re selling and need to focus on generating more sales and getting to consistency and sustainability. Growing your audience and leading them to take action is where I’m best. My focus will be on your core competencies (business and personal) and where you are (or can be) remarkable.

With Micro-Businesses (5 to 1 employees), and Solopreneurs, I can offer value in most areas of business. With Small Businesses of 5-10 employees and sales over $1 million, my main competency is in the area of Marketing & Branding and Ecommerce. If you’re bigger than this, I have excellent referrals to friends who excel here. I’m a ‘small’ biz and start up radical. I applaud bigger businesses and want to get my clients there, but I’ll pass you on at that point to those more versed in big biz than I.
